Skyward Restoration Inc. regularly assists property owners with the restoration process following an insured loss, and we may communicate or coordinate with insurance companies and adjusters on a client’s behalf. However:

• We do not guarantee insurance coverage. Whether a loss is covered, and to what extent, is determined solely by your insurance policy and your insurance company (or its adjuster), not by Skyward Restoration Inc.;
• We do not guarantee that any insurance claim will be approved, in whole or in part, or that any particular dollar amount, timeline, or outcome will result from a claim;
• References on the Website to “no upfront payment,” working with insurance companies, or similar statements describe how we may structure our process for insured losses and do not constitute a promise of coverage, approval, reimbursement, or payment by any insurer;
• We do not guarantee specific results from any restoration, remediation, cleaning, construction, or related service, including but not limited to the complete elimination of mold, odour, contamination, or other damage, as actual outcomes depend on many factors outside our control (including the extent of pre-existing damage, environmental conditions, and actions taken by third parties);
• Any statements regarding turnaround times (e.g., emergency dispatch times) are estimates only and may vary based on circumstances such as weather, location, call volume, and the nature of the emergency.

Any specific commitments regarding scope of work, insurance coordination, or results will only be set out in a separate written service agreement, estimate, or work order, which will govern over any general statement on the Website.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
